I got questions here! We got answers…
Where do I pick up my canvas and how do I pay?
The pick-up point is in LaSalle (see Contact page above). You can pay with any credit card (even Amex), securely online, once you have seen your canvas print (you will have a PayPal link emailed to you when your canvas print is ready for collection).
How will my image look?
You will be emailed a proof. It will give you a really good understanding of the final printed and stretched canvas.
If we don’t think your print will look good, we won’t print your canvas.
You only pay if satisfied when you pick up your print from our pick-up point in LaSalle. For this reason; once your print goes with you, there are no returns.

How do I hang my canvas print when I get it?
Stretched canvas prints are so easy to hang.
Stick a nail/screw (or two, depending on the size of your canvas) in the wall and let your canvas print sit on the wooden lip.
Can I come in and talk to you about all this? Or just see some examples.
Not unless you’re in Toronto (where we make our prints), in which case, yes! When we’re open (Open hours). But you can call 416 871 3455 with questions. We drive to Windsor every week with a car-load of canvas prints.
How long will the canvas last?
The canvas we use is archival quality and has a specifically designed light coating for great colour gamut. Canvases are only intended for indoor use, but even in display of direct window light should last for 10-15 years – if cared for.
How do I clean my canvas?
On the white areas (only) use a pencil eraser. The canvases are durable and resist some scratches and smudges, but darker areas can scratch and smudge if you leave them near naughty children. Years after from your purchase, if the canvas gets nicked and loses ink in a certain areas it can be touched up with felt–tip or paint. Don’t use a damp cloth on them. Dust them with a feather duster or micro-fibre cloth.
Do you have frame options?
Yes. But only simple floating frames, which can be added to your canvas.
Will you make it for me and my friend will pick it up?
Sure. Just tell us the name of the person that’s going to pick it up.
Will you do me a collage or a multi-panel print?
Yep. You can make your own collage at picmonkey.com, or we will do it using Photoshop. As for triptychs and other multi-panel prints; easy, just tell us what you want when you email us.
Will you scan my picture if I bring it in?
Not unless you bring it to our main store in Toronto, no.
Will you stretch MY canvas (that I brought back from Cuba or somewhere)? Not unless you bring it to our main store in Toronto, no.
